It is amazing how we identify ourselves with our job titles, processes and trappings – so when we begin to see retirement or the end coming, a transition is needed to successfully leave the world of work and still feel fulfilled. Speaking with a trusted person who will meet you in a non-judgement place to help you navigate the process, the ideas, the energy – that is what I do.

About me.
Growing up I wanted to be a teacher, a lawyer, and a nurse. I did not pursue any of these career paths directly, but rather, ended up doing all three and more. With over 30 years of business experience in the hospitality industry, I have experienced many different fields, identities and passions. Still, I wanted to do more.
If I look at what I have done well in the past, and what I think coaching can help others with, it is ‘transitions’ or making the change you want to see happen. This ranges from career transitions as you move closer to your long term goals, to transitioning away from the world of work and finding your new path.
I enjoy helping people develop; to find themselves and get to where they want to be.
I became a Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation in order to learn more about this field so that I could do it well. I am also an Erickson certified coach and have been coaching for four years.
